Important Information
For Pregnant Guests
For safty reasons, we do not provide kimono rentals for expectant mothers. We look forward to welcoming you after childbirth.
- Please note that if you do not inform us in advance of your pregnancy and any issues arise, we will not be held responsible. We appriciate your kind understanding.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations
For online reservations, you can cancel your booking through the "Reservation Cancellation Page" included in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your reservation time. For cancellations by phone, please contuct us by 6:00 PM on the day before your reservation.
Date and Time Changes
If you want to change your reservation due to severe weather conditions, please complete the cancellation by 6:00 PM on the day before your reservation, and then oyou can make a new booking.
We kindly ask you to make any date or time changes by yourself through website.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via our”official LINE”account.
Please note that cancellations made after 6:00 PM on the day before your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of 2,000 JPY (tax included) per person.
To avoid inconveniencing other customers, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone as early as posssible if you need to cancel.

If you are likely to be late for your reservation time, please be sure to contact us in advance.
On the day of your reservation, we would appriciate it if you could contact us via our
”official LINE”account or by phone.
We can confirm more quickly if you contact us via LINE.

Regarding Late Arrivals for Reservations
If you arrive late, we will give priority to customers who arrive on time.
Please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation.
We kindly ask that you arrive at the scheduled time.
- Since we do not provide a waiting area, please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your reservation.
Makeup and Hairstyling
Please refrain from doing your own makeup or hairstyling, or assisting friends with these, inside our store.
Mirrors and hair irons are not provided for personal use.
Please make sure to complete your makeup and hairstyling before visiting us.
Personal Belongings
Changing Areas
Changing rooms are devided by gender (women on the 2nd floor, men on the 1st), but they are not private rooms.
If you are concerned, we recommend wearing a camisole or innerwear before coming, so you can feel more comfortable.

About Accompanying Guests
Since there is no waiting area, guests who are not wearing a kimono are kindly requested not to wait inside the store.
We ask that they come around the time the person renting the kimono has finished getting dressed.
For Guests with Infants and Young Children
For safety reasons, infants and young children can not enter the store.
We use high-temperature equipment for kimono maintenance and heirstyling, and it is difficult to fully ensure children's safety in the store.
In addition, we do not offer kimono plans for children.
If you would like to enjoy wearing kimono together with your child, we recommend making a reservation at "our sister store,Tekuteku Kyoto Kiyomizu", located just a 3-minute walk from Irodori Kyoto.
